Compatibility mode win7 gave me an error code 190 or something but win8 seemed to work until another error code 160 occured, at the same point as during the original installation attempt. It says I don’t have required permissions. Tried running as admin, no dice. After googling and searching official discussions, the fix that has been provided is the use of regedit, but my error message doesn’t include any registeries.
