Hello Mister Those repairs are all good. It leads me to believe there may be an actual mechanical problem with the Echo. I have seen some strange problems develop on them. How old is your unit? You may have low compression due to a stuck piston ring.

You may also have a dirty spark arrestor screen in the muffler or a carboned up exhaust port and/or muffler. I have seen the flywheels on Echos go bad as well. They are cast aluminum and sometimes the built in key that holds them in place wears and the engine loses time.just enough so a no start occurs. Weak magnets on them have been noted as link removed a weak spark. Pull your muffler and inspect screen and exhaust port. Why it is off, pull starter and move the piston to where you can see the ring.

Pry on it a little to check to see if it is stuck. Low compression will cause a no start as well and a stuck ring lowers compression.
