I installed Win7 however upon completing the entire installation process (incl. Drivers) I have an Unknown Device at the device manager. I tried to let windows check for driver online but of no luck windows did not find any. I've been using Vista ultimate SP1 and had no trouble w/ all the drivers before I installed Win7. I remember during the driver installation I had an error messsage when installing the Realtek HD Audio (I was installing Realtek 5477), however i can hear sound on my laptop and the sound works just fine. Remove that hardware device in Device Manager, right-click on the driver executable/installer file and select the Compatibility tab; click the checkbox before Run this program in Compatibility mode for option and select Windows Vista in the list-down box; then try installing the device driver.
